Well it took me long enough but I eventually got round to putting my chocolates online after many requests.

The two boxes available at the moment have 18 and 12 chocolates.  I’ll see how these go first before adding more to the selection.

The chocolates are a variety of milk, dark and white filled with ganache with flavours including:

• 2 milk chocolate - one with an orange ganache centre, the other a brandy ganache centre;
• 2 dark chocolate - one with a mint fondant centre, the other a rum and raisin ganache centre
• 2 white chocolate – one with an Irish Creme liquour ganache centre, the other an Irish coffee ganache centre

We can post direct to our customers or if you would like them sent as a gift we can add a gift card with a message.

I have just had a visit from Liz and, between chatting and tea, she took some lovely photos of our Valentine chocolates.

Liz has a brilliant blog LizBiz for anyone who every lived in, visited or even wished to live in or visit Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim.

She has a lovely way of writing, she takes fantastic local photos and has a great sense of community. Liz, more importantly has a positiveness that is very lacking from the airwaves and TV these days.
